Only a forty second video, but some sound words from New York Times best selling author Jim Butcher (The Dresden Files) on the subject of writer’s block. I share his sentiment entirely and feel like shouting these words at everyone that complains about writer’s block. If you want to be a writer, you can’t wait around for perfect inspiration.
Sit down and get it done.

100% agree.
Great advice from Jim Butcher, Gavin. He’s absolutely right that professional writers can’t afford to wallow in writer’s block. That gives any writer – at whatever stage of their career he/she is at – something to think about when they feel they’ve hit an immovable block.
Thanks! I really needed to hear that.
